The mission is to encourage kids to find their passion in science and technology by giving them an opportunity to participate in programs that build skills in these fields. Along the way, these programs are meant to also help kids build self confidence, improve in communication, and be in leadership positions.

It emphasizes the value of others and respect for not only other individuals but for the community as well. Such gracious professionalism encourages a burning passion for triumph and success which encourages ferocious competition. However, all participants no matter how competitive are treated with the highest respect and kindness by one another. Contributing to society and the greater good of people with the knowledge that one has done so with honesty and consideration is the greatest reward of all.
